Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Standard delivery typically takes 7-12 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Lumeviva is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Lumeviva is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If still not found, contact us at hello@lumeviva.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
